The Peace and Justice Initiative worked together with the Human Rights Institute of the University of Connecticut to produce guidelines on culpable speech acts under international criminal law. Workshops and drafting were conducted by a team of lawyers and academics from a broad range of backgrounds, including social scientists, defence lawyers, judges’ advisors, and prosecutors.
